What most attracted us was the location of the Manhattan Club. Situated on West 56th Street it is within easy walking distance to The Museum of Modern Art, Lincoln Center, the Theater District, Broadway and Central Park. There are lots of dining options conveniently located. Within a block or two you can reach multiple subway lines for access to all parts of the City.
The layout of the suite itself provides complete privacy for two couples or parents and children, each with access to two full baths. Parking is reasonable and the Concierge service is helpful. For those who are interested in contemporary art, one block away, 57th Street is lined with galleries. One need not be concerned about safety, as the neighborhood is safe for walking after dark.
Our unique contract allows for 3 days dedicated to the Manhattan Club and 4 days worth of points that can be applied to any of the resorts in RCI including the Manhattan Club. Additionally, as the Manhattan Club is considered Red (most desirable) year round, access to other clubs is typically easily obtained.

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
