On November 6, 2023. Hilton Grand Vacations announced that they have agreed to acquire Bluegreen Vacations. This move comes at a cost of approximately $1.5 billion, inclusive of net debt. The combination of these two brands will broaden Hilton Grand Vacations’ offerings, customer reach, and sales locations, making this giant in the industry even more influential.
Hilton Acquires Bluegreen Vacations
Hilton also anticipates that this acquisition will expand and diversify the brand’s lead flow through Bluegreen Vacations’ world-class partnerships, like their agreement with Bass Pro Shops. In fact, Hilton announced that it has signed a 10-year exclusive marketing agreement with the brand.
