Ocean front and boardwalk front in Hollywood, Florida. It is a 1 bedroom
that sleeps 4 (sleep sofa) with 2 full bathrooms and kitchen. Amenities
include pool, fitness center, arcade / game room, laundry facilities, and
business center. Week 51 is considered in the time share industry the
"highest demand." Rental history is very strong.
This timeshare, Hollywood Beach Tower unit 605-51, was purchased in 1982
by my father. It was purchased because it is ocean front and located on
the boardwalk in Hollywood, Florida. The location is pristine with many
amenities. We have owned it all these years for personal use and also to
rent as it is a prime rental week (weekly rental income exceeds annual
fees). Now that our father is deceased we want to sell it as it was a
part of his estate.
