This activity-filled Resort of International Distinction is situated alongside the Bigwood Ski Touring Center and Golf Course, which offers 15 miles of trails. For downhill enthusiasts, Sun Valley offers Dollar Mountain for beginners and Bald Mountain for more advanced skiers. Summer activities include golf on the resort's nine-hole golf course (green fees included for two free rounds of golf per day), swimming and tennis at Prospector Tennis and Swim Club (open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from around Memorial Day through Labor Day), fishing, horseback riding, hiking, bicycling, ice-skating, river rafting, and sight-seeing.
