This full-service resort is located at the pulse of the premier entertainment district on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. It's only 5 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Marigot and 20 minutes from Philipsburg. Each two-bedroom suite will offer both luxury and quiet comfort. Amenities include a gift shop, tennis courts, swimming pools (one with a swim-up bar), concierge services, and 24 hour security. The Grand Suites phase is expected to open in March of 2007.
