The maintenance fee per point is also among the best. Interval international allots 90,000 points. I love visiting the resort, but have moved to the west coast, and it is too inconvenient for me to visit. I have previously rented the resort for $300 per night. While timeshares are not cheap, the resort rents the villa for about $691 a night PLUS 18.7% fees, so you stay in a premium resort for a bargain price (866.44/7=$123.78 per night). This is a 38 year RTU (till 2062). Saturday to Saturday. i last visited the resort wk11 2024. The current purchase price from Windjammer is $20,900. season is the highest, platinum, week 1-16. At the resort several all inclusive options are available for a fee.
