  All condos are located 1.5 miles from the lockbox, and there are no shuttle services to nearby attractions. The resort is not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments. All guest certificate holders MUST also pre-register prior to arrival to get the lockbox code for key retrieval.
  Guest services are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm and closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The lockbox location is at 2777 N Poinciana Blvd., #127, Kissimmee, FL 34746. Only pre-registered guests will be given the lockbox code for key retrieval.
  All arrivals MUST pre-register with the resort to check in at least 1 week prior to reservation. Failure can result in forfeiture of reservation. There are stairs inside the two- and four-bedroom units. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. All guest certificate holders MUST also pre-register prior to arrival to get the lockbox code for key retrieval.
  This resort has a contactless check-in & check-out system, so all guests MUST pre-register utilizing the resort's online system. If you do not pre-register, you will NOT be allowed to check-in. Please call the resort at (407) 396-2744 if you have not received the pre-registration link. The resort does not offer a mid-stay housekeeping service. Effective 10/1/24 the maximum stay at this resort will be 14 nights per calendar year.

All arrivals are required to pre-register, email and phone number must be provided with confirmation. If you do not pre-register you will not be allowed to check in. Housekeeping fee and deposit due 5-7 business day prior to arrival in order to get the lockbox information. Call the resort at 407-396-2744. The pool and fitness center will be open during renovations. Spa hot tub is currently down temporarily.
