Great Resort - Christmas - New Years week - varies year to year. Close to Disney - 5 to 10 minuets and your in the park . Has 6750 points attached: Use unit as deeded week or as Diamond/Hilton points for a different week at Orbit or a resort in the Diamond/Hilton System. Points can be held over for one year. Week 52 is one of the most sought after weeks of the year.Two pools. Barbeques,, Shuffleboard. Walking distance to several good restaurants, Large Rec and meeting room. Nice area for hiking. Very close to Animal Kingdom. Very friendly staff. Our favorite resort if going to Disney.Escrow and closing costs paid by buyer.
