This unit can be used 51 weeks a year, Christmas week being the only week it can not be used. I also have an Even Year Deed for sale.All Time shares are sold threw an Escrow. Escrow protects the Buyer from Fraud. The cost would be up to the buyer and generally costs around $600. I have no additional costs of my own.I have owned and gone to the Marriott Ocean Club for the last 20 years.
