Festiva Resorts timeshares are traditional vacation ownership, meaning you can purchase a deeded Real Estate interest at your favorite Festiva property that is sold in one week increments. After purchasing a Festiva timeshare, your ownership can be converted into a points-based membership program, also known as the Festiva Adventure Club. The Festiva Adventure Club offers owners the ability to use points like vacation currency—spending, banking, and borrowing to customize your travel schedule and vacation plans year after year.
Festiva’s commitment to providing owners the best in vacation ownership has led to the creation of Festiva Adventure Club. Festiva Adventure Club converts Festiva timeshare weeks into vacation points for added flexibility. Owners can spend their annual allotment of points within the Festiva Resorts portfolio, as well as trade them on the RTX vacation exchange platform.
Purchasing a Festiva timeshare will automatically enroll you into the Festiva Adventure Club. Points are allocated the first week of January every year, and members have 12 months to spend, bank, or borrow them until they expire. The amount of points you receive each year depends on your ownership. This includes the unit size, resort popularity, season, or week number your ownership maintains.
