This is a FREE timeshare, I have owned this for 20 years and it no longer fix our needs, I will also pay for the deed preparation, So this really means free! All I ask is for the Hilton transfer fee and recording fees which would be around $350.00. A great deal for a Maui week. You would not start making maintenance fees until the 2026 usage. Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
