Per the owner: I can tell you that we've always been very impressed over
the years as they enhanced it. It's a truly beautiful resort with lots of
amenities - several different elaborate pool areas catering to both
adults and children. Several excellent restaurants and bars. Whole resort
is beautifully landscaped and maintained. Units are excellent. There are
special activities planned daily for both adults and children. Lots of
beautiful lakes and walking trails. And of course it's close to Disney
World. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
