Our resort is a great place for adults and children. The location is great. The surrounding, towns, shopping, and places of interest are close. We have the Hyatt Hotel a short walk from our timeshare and we have use of it. Their pools and facilities are beautiful. Our pools and facility is beautiful, also. We have a private beach and you can get on a free ferry ride to it. They have everything there for your use free. We have stayed in many Hyatt resorts/ Vacation Clubs around the country and enjoyed them. We are getting older and own two homes, which I find is enough now. We do own a home on the east coast of Florida. We have used our timeshare every year and will continue to if it does not sell. The people who run our Timeshare are very nice and the manager has been there for years. *Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer* *Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
