Experience the best of Florida's Gulf Coast while staying in the
distinctive accommodations at Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove. Enjoy
views of the lush landscaping from your private balcony or take the ferry
to our private island. Float down our 1,000 foot river pool, unwind in
one of the hot tubs or relax by one of the four pools. Sunset cruises,
sailing, fishing excursions, party vessels, boat rentals, and more are
available on site at Coconut Cove.
Pool
The Resort boasts five pools, including Alligator Alley, 1,000 feet of a
rambling river for floating on inner tubes. Also available are a relaxing
hot tub and two free-form Paradise Pools with zero entry and underwater
seating. The Veranda Pool is an 18+ lap pool with an adjacent hot tub,
steam room, and sauna. The Manatee Springs toddlers' pool features
zero-entry access.
Dining
With three dining options on-site and six next door at our sister
property, you'll find exactly what you're craving.
Golf
Between the hawks, osprey and deer and the lush native plantings
everywhere you look, Saltleaf Golf Preserve brings a whole new meaning to
“keep your eye on the ball.” Now open on the site of the former Raptor
Bay Golf Club, our all new, daily fee destination course will continue a
respectful co-existence with a 144-acre Florida uplands preserve. As well
as adjacent Estero Bay, Florida’s very first aquatic preserve. All this
quiet beauty comes with challenge and family fun too — thanks to the
inspired design of legendary Raymond Floyd and exceptional Troon
management.
A four-time major champion, Raymond Floyd has deepened into his trademark
embrace of natural habitat. Think naturally exposed sandy areas, with no
formal bunkers. Minimally altered terrain. Water smart, high-performance
grasses like Tif-Eagle and Bimini Bermuda. Abundant lakes, rolling
terrain and profound quiet. And just wait until you see our signature
second hole, with a driveable par 4. Our challenging design will test
every club in your bag. But with four tee boxes and speeded-up play, the
course will bring a smile to golfers of all levels.
We heard you. Now open, our new, nine-hole short course, The Leaf,
creates an all-age, all-ability experience that fits into anyone’s busy
schedule. It’s also the perfect introduction for the golf-curious in your
life, offering a relaxed pace and additional fun activities. There’s
nothing like it in all of Southwest Florida — a par 3 short course and
championship course, just steps from each other. Unforgettable birthday
parties, tournaments and corporate events are on the horizon.

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
