Per the owner: Per the owner: We went to Marriott's Marbella Beach Resort
for the first time in 2002. We loved everything about that trip. The
property was pristine...absolutely beautiful. The villas are beautifully
appointed and the area is fantastic with easy access to excellent
restaurants, wonderful day trips, and a fantastic vacation experience. We
ended up purchasing multiple weeks at the resort and have been going
there annually for the past 22 years. The property is still pristine and
lovely. M we are now getting older and making the trip from the U.S. has
become more difficult for us, so it is time to pass this fabulous annual
experience on to someone else. Marriott's Marbella Beach Resort and the
area over all, has been our happy place for many years.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
