We have been going to the Marriott's Maui Ocean Club for 20 years using
our 1-Bedroom Ocean Front Suite. We elected odd years, as opposed to
every year, which was a great decision in retrospect. Buying oceanfront
was the single best decision we made. Our villa has an unobstructed
180-degree view of the ocean, Lanai, and Molokai Islands; the
floor-to-ceiling windows and full-length balcony are priceless. On the
privacy of our deck, we enjoy one of the best sunset vistas anywhere in
the world, enhanced by an intimate view of whales making their way
through the Auau Channel and the excitement of amazing athletes
kitesurfing above and into the surf. You will see that an ‘oceanfront’
villa will be the highlight of your stay as soon as you walk through the
door.
Stepping out of your villa takes you to out to the Ocean Club’s quiet and
private beachfront park-like grass with chaises shaded by palm trees. The
multiple pools provide a cool oasis, and the pool bar makes the best Lava
Flows on the Island. A swim in Hawaii's tropical waters is a few steps
away and you may be joined by sea turtles.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
