There were several selling points for us for this timeshare.The proximity to West Palm Beach with the restaurants, shopping, and night life being one. Another big point was the trade value with Interval International - Whenever I put in a trade request we never had to wait long for it to be claimed and wherever we requested to go, we always stayed in an upgraded unit. The Florida club units are the most desirable Marriott properties. There is a dinner/gambling cruise ship that leaves from a nearby port and is always booked solid every day. There are 3 pools on the property; kids, family, and adults only. Daily cabana rentals on the ocean beach are also available. A large marina with a restaurant open to the public is within walking distance, with great food and drinks.
