I own two units in high season. I'll offer a 10% discount for sale of both which can be used together or sequentially.My units are cannot be used during the Presidents' Week but otherwise from early January to May.I do not yet have exact maintenance figures for 2025 but they will be paid by me. Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
