The week of February 21-28, 2025 has been reserved but can be changed to a different week, subject to availability. The 2024 maintenance fee of the Douglas villas is $1,919. All of the condos in the Douglas building were totally renovated in April - May 2024.This Douglas 1BR, 2Bath condo has a king bed and large chair that makes into a single bed in the bedroom, a high quality memory foam queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 flat screen HD TV's (65 in the living room), fully equipped kitchen, two full baths (the 2nd bath has a shower but no tub), free WiFi Internet, ski lockers, free parking, and impeccable Marriott service.The resort has a free shuttle that will drop you off closer to the lifts than most places you could stay at in the Village. It also has extensive amenities including an indoor/outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, game room with ping pong table, racquetball court, kids activity room, and supervised kid's activities.Closing costs are $550 with a full escrow closing by a licensed and bonded closing company or I can do the transfer for $100 if you don't require escrow.
