Caribbean Palm Village Resort (CPVR) is a hidden gem, very private, far
from crowds, and nestled in the heart of beautiful Aruba.
One of the best timeshare deals on the island, this is a deeded property,
meaning you OWN Week 2 at the resort (no floating weeks, blackout weeks,
etc). If you need to switch weeks for any reason (for us it was during
covid), the staff arranged for us to use our week another time.
The resort itself offers a range of benefits that make it an ideal choice
for a timeshare. The resort boasts spacious and well-appointed
accommodations, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay for you and
your family. The amenities are designed to enhance your vacation
experience, including two swimming pools, on-site dining options, fitness
facilities, and even activities for children. The resort staff is known
for their warm hospitality and attentive service, ensuring that every
aspect of your stay is enjoyable.
The unit offers spacious and clean accommodations, top-notch amenities,
and two full bathrooms (a must have for families!) The resort is within
walking distance of local favorite restaurants and shops and a short
drive to all other destinations. We enjoyed the convenience of the
resort’s beach shuttle to the designated CPVR beach, which included beach
chairs. The weather during Week 2 is at its finest and most of the larger
resorts' are very expensive at this time of year. This is a sweet deal
for those seeking a recurring escape to paradise.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
