Hi there folks. My wife and I are getting older and are having a harder time traveling from Washington State to New Mexico. The kids don't want the timeshare in Ruidoso. You can stay there this year for only 1$. I will pay all closing cost at Ruidoso Abstract. Week 48 this year is November 29th to December 6th, always Friday to Friday. If that week doesn't fit your schedule the resort let's you change the week for only $100.00 if there is a room available. Say you wanted to go in October, it can happen every year.
