Per the owner: This is a summer redweek and is one of the premium units
at Edgewater. It was selected and purchased by the owner during
pre-construction. It is located in the middle of the center wing on the
second floor and offers an unobstructed view over the sand dunes onto
Nantucket Sound. The private balcony provides a beautiful location to
enjoy meals and cocktails.
The private bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The living area
features a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat screen TV,
DVD player and dining table with seating for four.
The bathroom has a shower/tub and dual sinks. The fully equipped
kitchenette features a coffee maker, two-burner stovetop, dishwasher,
microwave, refrigerator, cookware, dishware, and glassware. The unit
recently underwent extensive renovation with new kitchen and bath and new
appliances and furniture added.
The Resort has a private beach, indoor/outdoor pools, whirlpool, fitness
room, BBQ grills, washer/dryer, and putting green. It is located in the
mid-Cape region and enjoys easy access to many attractions including the
Cape Cod National Seashore Park. There are many restaurants nearby
including the Ebbtide across the street.
Many people believe September is the best month on the Cape. The weather
is great, the crowds have gone and the restaurants and stores are still
open.
