Per the owner:
What I remember most about the Escapes at Stonebridge , and which helped in our decision to buy, was the very friendly and helpful staff, the pristine cleanliness of the units and all the common areas and the fact that it’s so close to Silver Dollar City amusement park. While off “The Strip”, it’s still a very close drive to all the attractions there. The 2 bedroom lock- off unit is large, with plenty of living space and the B side, while smaller, has a bedroom, bath, sitting area & kitchen. Perfect for grandparents to come along on vacation & still have some privacy by just closing the door. With the lock-off, each 1- bedroom unit can also be banked separately , for example, with RCI, to allow you to trade for 2 separate vacation weeks for yourself. We had many lovely vacations in Branson and in other places we traded for. Wish I were younger again & able still to travel.

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
