Per the owner: StoneBridge Village is a gated golf community located
just west of Branson, Missouri on Highway 76 near Silver Dollar City.
StoneBridge Village Property Owners Association was incorporated in
August 1993. The POA owns and operates the LedgeStone Grille, 18 hole
LedgeStone Championship Golf Course including a full golf practice
grounds, the 27,000 sq. ft. LedgeStone Clubhouse with a 5,000 sq. ft.
banquet facility, community swimming pools and playgrounds. In
addition, the POA maintains the roadways (currently 19.3 miles paved)
and the common grounds within the village. Adjacent to the signature
waterfall of LedgeStone Golf Courses 18th hole is the 25,000 sq ft
LedgeStone Clubhouse. Behind the massive wooden doors you will find an
elegant dining facility with panoramic views of the course and the
Ozark hills. Also, available on the main floor of the Clubhouse are
three well appointed meeting rooms suitable for small business
meetings to moderate sized social events and a business center with
computer and wi-fi.
The Main Dining Room is also available for rent to accommodate medium
to large social or business events. Adjoining the Clubhouse on the
lower level and overlooking the pool is the beautiful StoneBridge
Banquet Facility. The Banquet Facility provides perfect accommodations
for large social events such as receptions and parties, as well as,
business meetings and conferences.
The Pavilion facility has something fun for everyone in the family and
with the covered seating and grill available is a great place to host
your outdoor cook-out. Food and catering is available through the
restaurant on property and multi-media equipment is available. Meeting
rooms, Banquet Facility, Dining Room and Pavilion are available for
rent to owners and outside groups by contacting the Activities
Director. The lower level of the Clubhouse boasts a full service Pro
Shop, the LedgeStone Grille, Fitness Facility and the Property Owners
Association offices. Swimming pools are strategically located
throughout the expansive acreage of StoneBridge Village for the
summertime enjoyment of our owners, their guests and visitors. The
first pool, located at LedgeStone Clubhouse is a full-sized pool with
plenty of deck space and the convenience of the adjacent LedgeStone
Grille for food and beverages.
The second full-sized pool, which features sloped entry and a 5' depth
is at the Forest Lake Pavilion. This family-friendly pool is great for
fun and relaxation. Finally, located at the Fairways condominiums is a
smaller gated pool convenient for owners and guests staying in the
Fairways condos. Three tennis courts, popular with members and their
guests alike are located at the west end of the Clubhouse. Use times
and regulations are posted on the bulletin board outside the courts.
Courts reservations are recommended and can be made in the ProShop
located in the Clubhouse. Playtime at StoneBridge is not just for
LedgeStone golfers but for our smallest residents and guests as well.
Within the Village there are three fully equipped playground
facilities. The first is located at the south end of the LedgeStone
Clubhouse parking lot with swings and a slide to keep little ones busy
while mom or dad check out the Pro Shop. Next at the edge of Forest
Lake along Roark Creek the playground is equipped for any adventure a
child can imagine and even has grills and picnic space. Finally, at
the Forest Lake pavilion the playground provides the perfect finishing
touch to that family fun facility.
