Garza Blanca Resort in Los Cabos is one of many resorts available with
the ”Tafer Residence Club”. This just happens to be the first we tried.
We had a wonderful experience at this resort over the last 3 years for a
total of 4 weeks. Check out the photos labeled “studio” unit. This
contract has 1900 assigned points which allows the purchaser to access
these other wonderful resort locations based on the room availability and
type of room during Floating Weeks as indicated in the posting: In
Cancun: Villa del Palma Luxury Beach Resort & Spa (only 1200 points for
studio) Garza Blanca Resort & Spa (1900 points for studio ) In Puerto
Vallarta: Garza Blanca Preserve, Resort & Spa (1337 points for Studio
Beach Or 1828 Points for Studio Mountain) Room options and other resorts
at other locations are available for more points. More resorts are in the
works. We encourage those interested to go online and check the resorts
out and compare retail prices to being a member. Reality with a
membership: Yearly maintenance fee $950 for a week of vacation for 2-4.
Paying retail even at discounted prices you would be looking at paying a
whole lot more for the same week. We decided to sell our contract because
our circumstances have changed. Our regret is that we should have entered
into the club sooner in our lives rather than later. The program allows
family and friends to take part in the various resorts according to the
rules of membership. Don’t be afraid to inquire and ask questions

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
