Per the owner:
I love the sound and majesty of the ocean and this unit offers a stunning
view of the mighty Pacific whether sipping my morning coffee or enjoying
a glass of wine in the evening. And sunsets are breathtaking. The two
beautiful appointed bathrooms are so convenient when the two of us are
preparing for a night out. Like most people when I go on vacation I want
to be pampered. And at Gran Solmar I am! The staff are amazing, so
friendly and attentive. One of the many pools is only a short walk from
the unit. It's an infinite pool so I can linger at the edge and gaze at
the beach and ocean. And I love the fact that there is a variety of
excellent restaurants from the casual to a fine dining experience.
Exploring the port city of Cabos San Lucas is made easy with the free
shuttle service from the resort. It is a lively, fun city with marinas,
local shops with handcrafted items and "mucho restaurantes".

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
