We mostly go for the skiing in the winter which is amazing but have also been in the spring/fall. There is so much to do at whatever time of year you visit whether it be winter skiing or mountain biking or hiking at other times of the year. We have always had a good time here. The staff at Grand Timber are so helpful and friendly, they make you feel as though you are part of a big family whenever you visit. The accommodation is great; clean and well looked after. The outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs are fantastic. There is nothing better than sitting in the hot tub with the snow coming down in winter or in the evening with the starts and the lovely mountains to look at in the spring or fall.We are disappointed to sell our week but, as we are getting older, we are reassessing things. We hope that you enjoy Grand Timber every bit as much as we have.

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
