OUR UNIT IS LOCATED IN PHASE 1 AND HAS A BALCONY OVER LOOKING THE ATLANTIS AND THE MARINA WITH IT'S BEAUTIFUL YACHT'S. THERE ARE 95,700 POINTS WHICH I HAVE USED TO TRAVEL TO ST JOHN'S, ST. MAARTEN AND ARUBA ETC. YOU CAN EVEN CRUISE. I AM AN ORIGINAL OWNER SINCE 2000 AND HAVE ENJOYED MY TIMESHARE BUT NOW IT'S TIME TO MOVE ON AND LET ANOTHER FAMILY TAKE OVER AND ENJOY THE AMENITIES THE ATLANTIS HAS TO OFFER. THE CLOSING COST AND TRANSFER FEES ARE TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER. THE MAINTENCE IS PAID FOR 2024. Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
