We bought this resort on our second trip to the Bahamas because Atlantis
is simply a magical place for us, it was where we honeymooned and we just
wanted to have a part of this special place.
We especially loved the stingrays and all the ocean aquariums, it's just
a lovely relaxing place with everything you would need for a great
vacation.
So much to do, so many restaurants, the exciting water slides, and the
casinos if you are into that. You don't need to leave the property unless
you absolutely want to.
When this timeshare came up it gave us access to all of the amenities at
Atlantis free of charge (due to ownership of the timeshare), this was a
no brainer for us!
Additionally, this resort is part of Vistana Signature Network which
gives you access to cruises, hotels and a host of other benefits as well
as access to Interval International where you'll get deals on getaways
and all sorts of vacation options at reduced member prices.
We've had this timeshare for many years and it has served us well. Our
needs have now changed and this is our reason for selling.
We are really hoping that an awesome buyer, their family and friends will
now get all these great benefits at a steal of a price!

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
