I would keep it however is just getting harder to travel at my age. Timeshare is in the Hala section of the building which provides great views of the ocean and pool area. The Master bedroom, lanai, and living room face the ocean, so you always have a great view and sea breeze. The kitchen is good sized and having the laundry equipment (washer and dryer) in the unit is very handy. This property is well maintained and feels more private than most other resorts in the area due to it's smaller size. Free Parking is located next to building and it is a short drive to great beaches and shopping. You get 1 week a year however I usually go for two weeks every-other year. they are very accommodating. I sometimes ask for and can get the Koa unit which is in the front of the building with a 180 degree ocean front ocean view. This transaction will go thru escrow in California Bonus I will pay all Resort Transfer and escrow fees! Own a piece of oceanfront paradise at this hidden gem in Hono, Kauai.
