Per the owner: My wife Carol and I carefully selected this site for
building our Monte Cristo villa and contracted with Pueblo Bonito to
complete construction. We loved the fact that it was above a wilderness
desert area that will never be built on, giving us a clear view to the
pacific ocean and Pacifica off in the distance. We also love that it is
short and nearly level walk all the way the transportation center, the
Market, and the whole package of amenities at Sunset Beach. We have had
our son’s wedding here and have dozens of memories that we will cherish
for the rest of our lives. It is with sadness that we need to pass the
Monte Cristo to another owner at this time in our lives. The few years we
were not able to spend March in the vials, we had wonderful results
renting, always more than covering our annual maintenance expense.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
