January. There are two pools below building 18 that features a senior
quiet pool and a pool with a center bar and a wading pool.
For those who want to extend their vacation for one or two more weeks, I
also own the 1st and 2nd weeks of this unit for sale or rent. I am
selling my unit only for health reasons at this time.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
