Water Supply Rationing on guest floors: MORNINGS: (6:00 am to 6:30 am/7:00 am to 7:30 am/8:00 am to 8:30 am/9:00 am to 9:30 am), MIDDAY: (11:30 am to 12:30 pm/2:30 pm to 3:00 pm), and EVENINGS: 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm/7:30 pm to 8:00 pm/9:00 pm to 9:30 pm/10:30 pm to 11:00 pm) Public areas including the pool restrooms, lobby, restaurant, and pool showers do not ration water.
Units sleeping 6/2 have a queen bed, 2 sleeper sofas in the living room, 1 bathroom, and a TV. Units sleeping 6/4 have a queen bed, 2 single beds, a sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 TVs. All units include a refrigerator, a 2-burner electric stove, and basic kitchen utensils, but no blender or microwave.
Room upgrades are not offered. Additional guests are accommodated based on availability. Please check with the resort for additional fees.

Restaurant and Bar hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm during high and low seasons. Occasional power outages can occur without notice, by Corpoelec and the hotel has no generator or additional power supply. A limited number of disability units are offered upon request, based on availability. The elevator is temporarily under maintenance. Contact the property for specific details on elevator access.
