If you love the beach, St. Martins has some of the most beautiful beaches
you will ever see. The aquamarine water is so crystal clear you can see
straight to the bottom, and the white sand and romantic sunsets will make
you want to stay forever. It also boasts some 30 different beaches to
visit between the Dutch side, St. Martin and the French side, St.
Maarten.
The two different cultures offer plenty of delicious food, fun night life
and amazing landscapes. There’s plenty of water sports: snorkeling,
kayaking, paddle boarding, etc., and if you’re into hiking, Marigot on
the French side has beautiful vistas.
The Royal Islander, La Plage is one of the most desirable places to stay
given it’s centrality to the beaches, the duty-free shopping in
Phillipsburg, the casinos, and the many small markets and cafes
throughout the island with delicious French pastries.
The people are friendly, the weather is sunny, and the vibe is relaxing.

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
