Per the owner: The Sands of Kahana is an oceanfront resort. During whale
season the whales can easily be seen from the resort! There are tennis
courts, pools, hot tub, volleyball, and many beach activities. The
oceanfront bar and restaurant are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
There are also several other restaurants nearby or you can “whip up “
some fresh island fish, fruits and vegetables from the local farmers
market in the fully equipped kitchen. Within ten minutes there are five
championship golf courses and nearby auto rentals, boat marina launching,
scuba diving, grocery/ convenience store, bicycle trails ,fishing,
horseback riding and much more. The interior has recently been updated
with new flooring, furniture ,and decor. If you are just wanting to sit
back, relax and enjoy the beach and ocean, this is the ideal place. This
property is in high demand and when you are not using it yourself it can
be easily rented out. We have enjoyed this property for over 30 years .
The management is great and they are very easy to work with. Hope you can
