An escape - and coming home! That's how we would describe how Massanutten
stole our hearts. Visiting in the summer to escape the heat and humidity
of the city was a delightful respite. Then, combine that with a feeling
of coming home - because people were so welcoming that we felt like
family.
We enjoyed so many fun experiences, from the mountain, to golf, to the
water park, to horses, to music, to delicious food and scrumptious
wine... We have shared so many wonderful family times that have created
lasting memories. The week floats - so any time of year is possible! It's
a one-of-a-kind getaway! Regrettably, we are now on the West Coast, so
need to shift our focus. So this will be the forever escape home for
anyone who jumps on this opportunity!
We will do what it takes to make our dream vacation memories - your
current dreams! It would delight us to know another family was enjoying
the gorgeous scenery and fun. Please don't hesitate to ask. Let's find a
win-win!

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
