His number is 775 325-3831, My timeshare is a Platinum Passport Membership number 55452 Which is good for 1 Week at the Tahoe Chaparral, or 2 Weeks at a Deluxe Resort 2 bedroom or 3Weeks at a Deluxe Resort 1 bedroom or 4Weeks at a Deluxe Resort Studio.In the year 2024 we were hit with a special assessment of $969.66 along with our maintenance fee of $2441.00, which I paid. This year we also received the same assessment and maintenance fee which ends up to be $3410.66. So this would be added to the listing of my timeshare, for a total of $9,410.66. I have tried to get an updated value but I was advised that the sales office of Club QM has been closed since the Covid outbreak. I am sure that this timeshare has gone up in value.I originally purchased this timeshare back in the 80's and it was the Thunderbird Resort Club in Sparks Nev. My family used it a lot and traded it with Interval International at times. Now the Family has gone in different directions and it's time to sell the timeshare.
