The Christie Lodge in Avon, Colorado at the base of Beaver Creek Ski Resort right off I-70. Just down the road from Vail, Colorado. Great place to visit in the summer for sightseeing or golf and in the winter for skiing. One white/red floating week per year, choose from late May-June (weeks 21-25), or September-October (weeks 35-39), or November-December (weeks 47-50). Also includes up to an additional 12 nights annually for resort stay, space available. Sale and deed transfer would be through The Christie Lodge with costs paid by seller. Fees listed are annual.
