- Seller Notes: This is a points membership with Resorts West Vacation Club that receives 12,751 points per year. Points can only be used at The Ridge Tahoe. Per the owner: The points are used to book different sizes and types of units at The Ridge Tahoe throughout the year. The size of the unit and occupancy week are determined by the number of points used. You can request specific buildings, high floor, spa buildings, including a roof top spa. Say you have enough points for a 3 or 4 day stay, you can still request a specific building if it is available. For the amount of points I have, I can stay in any building if available.
