Per the owner:
What really sold us on Towncenter at Jackson Hole was the location.
You can walk to downtown restaurants, shops, places to have a
beverage. There is also the view and close proximity of Snow King and
the activities that are offered, both winter and summer.
Towncenter has continued to update the units, including new
mattresses, murphy beds, carpeting, and larger televisions, as well as
painting. Management has also focused on maintaining their
housekeeping staff by increasing wages and benefits.
Our timeshare has provided us with continued opprtunities to explore
Jackson Hole over the years given the unit's central location. Walking
outside the unit taking in that fresh Teton air, with the easy walk to
downtown Jackson enjoying the many places to eat, enjoy a beverage,
while being entertained with great music. We have enjoyed the short
trips to Teton Village, as well taking in a drive to the sites of
Teton National Park and Yellowstone. Our retirement years have now
switched our travel to family trips elsewhere, but we continue to
relive our great memories of the Jackson Hole area.

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
