Per the owner:
We fell in love with this resort when we first saw it. We have a large
family - five boys - and were looking for a unit big enough for our
family and friends. This three bedroom unit gave us plenty of room and
the boys enjoyed the pool and other amenities on the grounds. We also
loved the location, as it was close enough to all of the attractions and
theme parks, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the
crowds. But, most of all, we loved the reasonable price of the unit, the
reasonable annual fees, and the ability to exchange through RCI. We used
the unit and/or an exchange vacation to get away and spend time with the
whole family. Life gets so busy and it was awesome for our whole family
to vacation in our unit or through an exchange. Our boys are grown and
we're traveling so much less now than we used to, and don't need three
bedrooms anymore. We hope another young family can enjoy it like we have!

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
