Owner Notes

This is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse with a view of the lagoon. Golf privileges for 4 people once a day are included, charging only the cart fee ( currently $38 to $42 per person at 2 nearby courses). Kitchen is usually fully stocked with everything needed to cook-in but sometimes you may have to ask the front desk to provide certain items if they are not there. Current policy is to also provide use of two bicycles for free while staying. We have use annually with the RCI Points system, currently has a points assigned value of 62,000 per year. Week 11 is usually the starting Saturday of the annual St Patrick's Day parade in Savannah, Georgia.
