Per the owner: I simply love this island and the Westin St John is the
only full service resort on this beautiful island. I love the Virgin
Grand Villa 3 bedroom Pool Units because you have so much privacy it is
like owning a home without all the work or expense. You can still enjoy
all the amenities of this amazing resort, but you have the privacy of a
home like ownership experience if you would rather have a more relaxing
and rejuvenating vacation. We have had to use the 2024 points because it
hasn’t sold and I have been unable to make a reservation at the Westin St
John. So please change first usage to September 28-October 5, 2025. That
week has been booked and if it sells the new buyer is all set with a 3
bedroom pool unit at the Westin St John Virgin Grand Pool Villas. I
bought this timeshare because it is simply almost impossible to get a
reservation at this resort unless you have an ownership interest. They
even have a ferry transfer from the airport. They have thought of
everything and it is an amazing place to have an ownership interest. You
can bring your whole family as it sleeps 10 people!! Very roomy and very
comfortable. Luxury living.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
