    This is a special event week, always checking in Sat to Sat, always including New Year’s Eve! First usage 2024.It is a fixed week, so it automatically books for you. When you confirm the reservation you can request a lower or higher floor and a particular view.The island view is never the hills behind the resort, but the interior of the resort property, which includes the coy pond or pools. I usually ask for an upper floor, away from the elevator (quieter) and a water or pool view. Generally they assign me a high floor with an lovely ocean view looking toward the Nanea. You can just always go this week and begin your year in paradise, or change it to week 1-50 at this resort. Or you can split the 2 bedrooms out, use one for yourself and rent the other out to cover your maintenance fees. Big rents for week 52. Or 8 months out you can use the 148,100 StarOptions to book another unit at the over 25 members of the network, in the USA and the Caribbean.We bought this before it was even built and have loved staying here. We used it all of the years, including having my youngest daughter’s wedding here. Quite spectacular! We even did a bbq here for 20 of the guests. It was a sunset bbq! People still talk about it! This is a great location for so many things. Walking, swimming, water sports, eating!!! We just have gotten to a point where the family wants to get together at our house, and we are not that young, so not traveling as much.
