Bariloche borders one of Latin America's most important ski centers. Downhill action begins in June and lasts until the end of September. This is a great spot for warm-weather holidays as well, the city overlooks the sparkling blue waters of lake Nahuel Huapi and is ringed by snowcapped mountain peaks, a breathtaking setting for outdoor recreation.
